RE:IDAHO POWER TARIFF ADVICE ADDING CITY OF NAMP
FRANCHISE FEE; TARIFF ADVICE 06-
On December 22, 2006, Idaho Power Company submitted a tariff advice to add the City
ofNampa to the list of cities for which it collects a franchise fee. The City imposed a franchise
fee of one percent (1 %) by Ordinance No 3181. The Company submitted a copy of the City of
Nampa ordinance with its application. The Company indicated that it would provide a bill
message to affected customers in the billing prior to the fee becoming effective. The Company
requested an effective date of January 22 2007.
ST AFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the Commission accept this Tariff Advice for filing.
