RE:REQUEST TO APPROVE TARIFFS IN COMPLIANCE WITH ORDER
NO. 30198; CASE NO. CAP-06-
BACKGROUND
On June 21 2006, Capitol Water Corporation filed a general rate case with the Idaho
Public Utilities Commission seeking authority to increase rates. On December 12, 2006 the
Commission issued Order No. 30198 approving a $148 908 increase in authorized revenues for
Capitol Water Company, for a total authorized annual revenue requirement of $624 713. To
meet the authorized revenue requirement, Capitol Water Corporation has submitted tariffs with
an effective date of January 1 , 2007 in response to the Commission Order.
STAFF ANALYSIS
Staff has reviewed the tariffs and finds they are in compliance with Order No. 30198.
Staff recommends the Commission approve Capitol Water Corporation tariffs as filed.
