ST AFF'S MOTION TO EXTEND COMMENT PERIOD
On November 15, 2006, Staff filed a Motion to extend the comment period in this
case. Pursuant to the Notice issued by the Commission, the comment period will terminate on
November 22, 2006. Staff filed a Motion requesting the comment period be extended to
December 15, 2006, and also indicated Idaho Power Company had no objection to the
Commission extending the comment deadline.
Staff recommends the Commission issue an Order extending the comment period
from November 22 2006, to December 15 2006.
