RE:VISTA ELECTRIC TARIFF ADVICE IMPLEMENTING SPIRIT LAKE
FRANCHISING FEE; TARIFF ADVICE NO. 06-06-
On October 30, 2006, Avista Corp submitted a tariff advice to pass through a franchise
fee for electrical service in the City of Spirit Lake. The franchise fee was imposed by Ordinance
No. 505 1%. The Company submitted a copy of the City of Spirit Lake ordinance and the notice
provided to customers with its application. Notice will also be provided to customers as a billing
message. The fee is scheduled to become effective December 2006.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the Commission accept this Tariff Advice for filing.
