RE:POTLATCH TELEPHONE COMPANY ADVICE LETTER NO. 06-05P TO
REVISE ACCESS CONCURRENCE.
On September 22, 2006, Potlatch Telephone Company (Potlatch) filed Advice Letter
No. 06-05P. In this filing, Potlatch seeks Commission approval to revise and update the
Intrastate Access Concurrence section of the tariff to indicate that the Company concurs with the
Idaho Rural Exchange Carriers (IREC) Access Service, Tariff No. 3. Potlatch requests an
effective date of October 23 , 2006.
ST AFF ANALYSIS
Staff has reviewed the filing and confirmed that it is a housekeeping measure and does
not affect tariff rates, terms and conditions. Staff, therefore, recommends Commission approval.
