RE:APPROVAL OF A VISTA SCHEDULE 62, SCHEDULE 63 AND
SCHEDULE 70 TARIFFS.
On August 24 2006, A vista filed tariff revisions as required by Commission Order
No. 30111 issued in Case No. A VU-06-4. The tariffs being revised are Schedule 62
Cogeneration and Small Power Production and Schedule 63 , Net Metering Option Schedule. In
addition, rules relating to interconnection of cogeneration and small power production facilities
have been added to Schedule 70, Rules and Regulations. Staff has reviewed the filed tariffs and
believes them to be in compliance with the previously cited Order.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends Commission approval of the filed tariffs.
