ACIFICORP TARIFF ADVICE NO. 06-
PacifiCorp proposes to make several revisions to its Schedule 21. The requested
effective date is June 1 2006. Following discussion during the decision meeting of May 15
2006, Staff asked some additional questions ofPacifiCorp. In order to allow adequate time for
the Company to prepare a response to those questions and for the Commission to consider that
response, the Commission suspended the effective date of Advice No. 06-03 until June 30, 2006.
There have been unanticipated delays in gathering the information necessary to prepare
its response prompting the Company to request an additional extension of time. Staff
recommends that the Commission suspend the effective date for an additiona130 days until July
2006.
COMMISSION DECISION
Does the Commission wish to suspend the effective date of Advice No. 06-03 until
July 31 , 2006?
