INTRODUCING SMALL BUSINESS BUNDLED PACKAGE OFFERINGS
TO ITS BUSINESS CUSTOMERS; ADVICE NO. ID-06-
BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION
On May 30, 2006, Frontier filed Advice No. ID-06-02 seeking Commission approval for
the introduction of bundled package offerings for its small business customers. The package
offering is called "The Frontier Small Business Advantage package" and provides business
customers with a variety of bundled packages to choose from. The packages will be offered on a
two-year contractual basis. Customers may cancel their contract within 30 days following
activation.
Each package contains a local line that is priced at the tariff rate and then combines
various packages of minutes and CLASS and/or Custom Calling Features. The Company
provided detailed cost and revenue analysis with its filing.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION AND COMMISSION DECISION
Staff has reviewed the detailed cost analysis as well as the tariff filing and finds that
Company s costs are being recovered and the filing is in order. Staff recommends approval with
the Company s requested effective date of July 10 2006.
