RE:FREMONT TELECOM'S TARIFF ADVICE NO. 06-01 INTRODUCING
PROMOTIONAL OFFERINGS TO ITS TARIFF ALONG WITH SOME
NAME CHANGES OF CERTAIN PRODUCTS IN THE TARIFF.
BACKGROUND
On Aprill2, 2006 Fremont Telecom filed Tariff Advice No. 06-01 requesting
Commission approval to change some of the names of its products contained in the Company
tariffs on file with the Commission. The Company is also adding language for future
promotional offerings that it may use to promote sales.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff has reviewed this filing and finds it to have no revenue impact and recommends
approval.
