CASE NO. GNR-03-26 FOR VERIZON AVENUE CORPORATION.
BACKGROUND
On February 21 2006, Verizon Avenue Corp., an affiliate ofVerizon Communications
Corporation, requested that the Commission cancel its certificate of authority granted in Case
No. GNR-03-, Order No. 29497, Certificate No. 428. VerizonAvenue Corp. states that it is
no longer providing intrastate telecommunications services in Idaho and that it does not have any
customers.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staffhas reviewed the request and recommends approval of the cancellation of this
certificate. Does the Commission agree?
