RE:IDAHO POWER TARIFF ADVICE CORRECTING PERCENTAGE AMOUNT
IN SCHEDULE 72. TARIFF ADVICE 06-
On December 15, 2006 , Idaho Power Company submitted a tariff advice to correct an
inadvertent error in the Monthly Operation and Maintenance Charge percentage for year eight for
interconnection facilities of 138kV and 161 kV. The correction replaces .035 with 0.35. The
Company indicated it had traced the error to the revised tariffs filed in compliance with Commission
Order No. 29505, in which the decimal point had inadvertently been placed in error in this one number.
The Company indicated no billings were made using the incorrect rate during the time that the
wrong amount has been in the tariff. Since the error in the tariff was inadvertent, their process to
update rates in its billing system was not triggered. Therefore, the billing system continued to include
the correct rate.
The Company requested an effective date of January 15, 2007.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the Commission approve this Tariff Advice correcting Schedule 72.
