ASSISTANCE (LIFELINE) CUSTOMERS.
On December 5, 2005, Potlatch Telephone Company filed Advice Letter No. 05-05P
requesting Commission approval to revise the Company s tariff to indicate the assistance
eligibility requirements for Telecommunications Service Assistance (Lifeline) customers. This
filing is submitted to comply with the Idaho statues outlined under Title 56, Chapter 9.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staffhas reviewed the filing and recommends approval of the tariff revisions with an
effective date of January 4 2006.
COMMISSION DECISION
Does the Commission wish to approve Potlatch's Advice No. 05-05P with an effective
date of January 4, 2006?
