AMOUNTS: ADVICE NO. 05-07.
On September 7, 2005, Citizens Telecommunications Company of Idaho d/b/a Frontier
Communications of Idaho submitted a tariff advice to increase the Idaho Universal Service Fund
monthly surcharge for residential and business lines and the MTS/W A TS per minute charge in
compliance with Commission Order No. 29860.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Commission approve this Advice.
