IDAHO TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
On April 21 , 2005 , the Commission received Advice No. 05-03P from Potlatch
Telephone Company. This filing adjusts the Idaho Telecommunications Service Assistance
Program (IT SAP) monthly surcharge rate to comply with Order No. 29751 (Case No.
GNR-05-2) and has an effective date of May 1 , 2005. The ITSAP monthly surcharge rate was
reduced from $.12 to $.07.
