RE:TARIFF REVISIONS REGARDING IDAHO TELECOMMUNICATIONS
SERVICE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
In April 2005 , the Commission received Advice No. ID-05-02 from Citizens
Telecommunications Company of Idaho dba Frontier Communications of Idaho, Advice No.
2005-1 from CenturyTel of Idaho, Inc., and Advice No. 2005-2 from CenturyTel of the Gem
State. Each of these filings adjusts the Idaho Telecommunications Service Assistance Program
monthly surcharge rate to comply with Order No. 29751 (Case No. GNR- T -05-2) with an
effective date of May 1 , 2005. The monthly surcharge rate was reduced from $.12 to $.07.
