EXISTING PROGRAMS INTO THE RESIDENCE AND BUSINESS
CUSTOMER INCENTIVE PROGRAM.
On April 4, 2005, the Commission received Qwest Corporation Advice No. 05-02-S. In
this filing, the Company seeks approval to consolidate into a single program the current and
separate service offerings: Residence and Business Competitive Response, Competitive Inquiry,
and Product Save. This new single program will be called the Residence and Business Customer
Incentive Program in the Exchange and Network Services Tariff for southern Idaho.
