RE:IDAHO POWER TARIFF ADVICE NO. 05-02; REVISION TO
SCHEDULE 23 AND REVISION TO SCHEDULE INDEX.
On December 22 2004, the Commission approved Idaho Power Company s request to
implement the Irrigation Peak Clipping program, Schedule 23 (Case No. IPC-04-, Order No.
29665). Since approval of the program, Idaho Power has determined that the program name
often causes confusion with customers. Consequently, Idaho Power plans to promote the
program as the "Irrigation Peak Rewards Program Through this tariff advice, the Company is
requesting the Commission approve the enclosed revised Schedule 23 and Schedule Index, both
of which reflect this new name.
