RE:REQUEST TO CANCEL HIGHSPEED.COM OF IDAHO LLC
CERTIFICATE; CASE NO. GNR-98-
On November 19, 2004, the Commission received a faxed request from Tom Savant
former President of HighSpeed.Com of Idaho LLC, informing the Commission that the
Company has not been in business for several years.
The Commission granted Certificate No. 355 to HighSpeed.Com of Idaho LLC in Case
No. GNR-98-19. OneEighty representative, Shelley Jones, confirmed HighSpeed has been
purchased by OneEighty Networks. OneEighty currently conducts limited business in Idaho in
the Coeur d' Alene area and does not have a need to continue the HighSpeed Certificate.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the Commission cancel Certificate No. 355 granted to HighSpeed.Com
of Idaho LLC.
