RE:POTLATCH TELEPHONE COMPANY'S ADVICE NO. 04-03-P ADDING
BUSINESS RATES FOR TOTAL TALK PACK.
On September 10 2004, the Commission received Advice No. 04-03-P from Potlatch
Telephone Company (owned by TDS) adding Total Talk Pack availability to its business
customers in Idaho. Total Talk Pack is an optional package including a residential or business
line, Three-Way Calling & Call Waiting, Caller ID Deluxe, Anonymous Call Rej ection, Priority
Ringing, and Inside Wire Protection Plan. To be eligible for this package, customers must also
subscribe to TDS Long Distance Total Talk Pack. The Company has asked for an effective date
of October 12, 2004.
STAFF ANALYSIS
Staff has reviewed the filing and believes this is an optional offering that is priced above
cost. Potlatch Telephone is not an Idaho USF recipient and Staff believes the revenue impact of
this offering to be de minimus. Therefore, Staff recommends approval.
