RE:ACIFICORP TARIFF ADVICE NO. 04-03 TO MAKE
HOUSEKEEPING REVISIONS TO TARIFF
PacifiCorp proposes to make several revisions to the regulations contained in its tariff to
reflect changes in the Utility Customer Relations Rules that became effective earlier this year.
addition, the Company proposes to remove the reference on Electric Service Schedule No. 300 to
the rate of interest that applies to customer deposits. The Company will continue to revise
interest rates upon receipt of the Commission s annual order setting rates for the following year.
With this change, however, the Company will not have to revise its tariff to reflect the annual
interest rate adjustment. The Company requests an effective date of August 13, 2004.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
The proposed changes are housekeeping in nature. Staff recommends approval.
