CPCN NO. 414 IN IDAHO.
BACKGROUND
On March 18, 2004, the Commission received a letter from the attorney representing
iLOKA, Inc. dba Microtech-tel (iLOKA) indicating that it has no customers and no plans to
operate in Idaho and wished to voluntarily withdraw its Certificate of Public Convenience and
Necessity. iLOKA was granted Certificate No. 414 in May 2003. (Case No. GNR-02-13)
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that iLOKA be granted its request and that Certificate No. 414 be
withdrawn without prejudice.
