RE:UTAH POWER AND LIGHT TARIFF ADVICE NO. 04-02.
Utah Power and Light submitted Tariff Advice 04-02 to change the annual interest rate
paid on deposits to comply with Case No. GNR-03-, O.N. 29386. That Order changed the
interest rate to 1 %. The Company is proposing to revise Schedule No. 300, Fifteenth Revised
Sheet No. 300.2 by changing the interest rate to 1 %.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends approval with the requested approval date of January 1 , 2004.
