SUBMITTED TARIFF ADVICE LETTER NO. ID-03-09 TO ADD 20-
NUMBER INCREMENTS OF DID NUMBERS, EFFECTIVE
DECEMBER 1, 2003
Citizens proposes in this Tariff Advice to offer DID numbers in 20-number increments
for $40 per month per block. This is in addition to the existing offerings of 100 number blocks
for $100 per month per block. Citizens advises that this offering is in response to customer
requests to be able to reserve numbers in quantities fewer than 100. There is no associated
installation charge.
This rate is considerably more than Qwest's current rate of $0.15 per number with a non-
recurring charge of$1.00 per number, but less than Verizon s $18.00 charge for 10 numbers and
$1. 80 per number thereafter with an associated installation charge of $3 .90 per number.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends approval of this Tariff Advice ID-03-09 to be effective
December 1 2003. Does the Commission agree?
