SOLUTIONS PACKAGE OFFERINGS TO BUSINESS CUSTOMERS,
EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 7,2003
Citizens Telecommunications Company proposes to introduce FrontierWorks Small
Business-Solutions, which offers seven package offerings to business customers. The packages
will be offered to business customers only on a contractual basis over a one, two or three year
term. Citizens will permit customers to cancel their contracts within 90 days of activating the
service if they are not satisfied. Citizens' proposes an effective date of November 7 2003.
FrontierWarks packages will include either one or two business access lines, call forward
busy line, call forward no answer and some other non-regulated or price-listed services (such as
voice mail, DSL and Internet) and long distance minutes. Additional features are optional.
Rates for these packages for one-year terms range from $39.78 for a single line with features but
no voice mail to $234.00 for two enhanced lines with features, voice mail, DSL, Internet and 100
domestic long distance minutes.
Citizens' cost support data projects an increase in net revenue of just over $5 000 in the
first year of the offering.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends approval of Citizens' Tariff Advice ill-03-07 effective November 7
