RE:AMENDMENT TO PURP A FIRM ENERGY SALES AGREEMENT OF
IDAHO POWER COMPANY AND JOHN R. LEMOYNE
On August 21 2003, the Commission received a Second Amendment to the Firm Energy
Sales Agreement of Idaho Power Company and John R. Lemoyne. The purpose of the Second
Amendment is to change the Seller under the Agreement from "John R. LeMoyne" to "John R.
Lemoyne and 1. Russell LeMoyne, as joint tenants with right of survivorship" and not as tenants
in common. No other rates or terms of the original contract are affected by the Second
Amendment.
COMMISSION DECISION
Staff recommends acknowledgement of the Second Amendment. Does the Commission
agree?
