ID-03-04 TO INTRODUCE TWO CALL FORWARD FEATURES,
EFFECTIVE JUNE 30, 2003
Citizens Telecommunications Companyofldaho submitted this Tariff Advice to add Call
Forward-Busy and Call Forward-No Answer to its Custom Calling Services. These features
expand the customers' options for call forwarding.
Citizens has currently tariffed only Call Forward Variable which permits the subscribers
to program a call forward to another number and cancel it at their discretion. The addition of a
Call Forward-Busy option allows the customer to forward calls only when the line is busy. Call
Forward-No Answer allows the subscriber to forward calls only when the line is not answered
after a designated number of rings. Both of these new features must be programmed by the
Company.
The rates for each of these services are the same as the rate for the existing Call Forward
Variable - $2.75 per month for businesses and $2.00 for residential.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends approval of this Tariff Advice effective June 30, 2003. Does the
Commission agree?
