01 TO REVISE TARIFFS TO COMPLY WITH COMMISSION ORDERS
REGARDING ITSAP SURCHARGES EFFECTIVE MAY 1,2003
The above listed companies or their representatives propose to change their tariffs to
indicate that ITSAP surcharge rates will be "those that are established by the Idaho Public
Utilities Commission." The Companies have requested an effective date of May I so they can
comply with the recent surcharge increase ordered by this Commission.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends Commission approval of all of these Advices, with an effective date of
May 1 , 2003. Does the Commission agree?
