RE:IDAHO POWER TARIFF ADVICE NO. 03-02. IDAHO POWER
COMPANY'S TWENTY-THIRD REVISED SHEET NO. 95-1 TO
IMPLEMENT THE 1 % FRANCHISE FEE ADOPTED BY THE
CITY OF FAIRFIELD.
On April 15, 2003 , Idaho Power Company electronically filed the Twenty-third Revised
Sheet No. 95-1. The purpose of this tariff revision is to implement the 1 % franchise fee imposed
on gross revenues from the sale of electricity to customers within the City of Fairfield. Idaho
Power s filing included a copy of Ordinance No. 199, adopted by the City February 13 2003
setting the franchise term at ten (10) years. Idaho Power requests that the revised tariff become
effective May 16, 2003.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Commission accept Idaho Power Company s Tariff Advice
No. 03-, Twenty-third Revised Sheet No. 95-, effective May 16 2003.
