On January 17, 2003 , Eagle Water submitted Schedule No., Wholesale Metered Rate
per Commission Order No. 29113. Order No. 29113 specifies the rate for water sold by Eagle
Water to United Water Idaho for serving the Countryside Estates subdivision.
Staff has reviewed the tariff and agrees that it complies with Order No. 29113. The
effective date is September 16, 2002, the date of the Commission Order. The issued date reflects
the date on which the tariff was filed at the Commission.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends approval of the tariff as filed.
