RE:VERIZON NORTHWEST INc. ADVICE NO. 02-17 TO MOVE EXISTING
FRAME RELAY SERVICE TARIFF TO A NEW SECTION CALLED
ADVANCED DATA SERVICES, EFFECTIVE JANUARY 24, 2003
Verizon Northwest, Inc. proposed this tariff filing to create a new tariff section named
Advanced Data Services" and to relocate Frame Relay Service in this new section. Verizon did
not propose any changes to the Frame Relay Service text, so there is no effect on rates, tenns or
conditions of this service. Verizon advises that the changes are being made in anticipation of
additional advanced data service products and modifications that the Company is planning.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends approval of this tariff effective January 24 2003. Does the
Commission agree?
