SERVICE FUND SURCHARGES IN COMPLIANCE WITH
COMMISSION ORDER NO. 29101, EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2002
Citizens Telecommunications Company of Idaho filed this tariff advice on October 1
2002 to revise its Universal Service Fund surcharges to comply with the Commission order. The
Advice reduces the billed long distance rates for toll services by $0.0010 ($0.0035 to $0.0025)
and reduces business and residential customer rates to $0.13 and $0., respectively.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Citizens has been charging the reduced rates since October 1 2002. Staff recommends
approval. Does the Commission agree?
