FORMAL COMPLAINT OF MARY BURKE AGAINST IDAHO POWER;
CASE NO. IPC-02-11.
On October 1 , 2002, Idaho Power filed a Motion for an Extension of Time to File its
Answer to Mary Burke s Complaint.
Idaho Power Company was served with Mary Burke s Complaint and a Summons by
Order of the Commission on September 11 , 2002. The Summons required Idaho Power to file a
written answer to the Complaint within 21 days (October 2 2002). In its Motion, Idaho Power states
that the parties are in the process of attempting to settle this matter. Accordingly, the Company
requests that the deadline for filing its Answer be extended to October 22, 2002.
Idaho Power s Motion requests procedural relief and thus can be granted on less than 14
days notice. IDAP A 31.01.01.256.
