TARIFF LANGUAGE REGARDING THE IDAHO UNIVERSAL
SERVICE FUND SURCHARGE
The above-referenced tariff advices were filed by the Companies or their representatives
to revise the language in their respective tariffs to say the IUSF surcharge rates are those rates
ordered by the Commission. This language would eliminate the need for these Companies to
issue tariff revisions each time the surcharge is changed.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends Commission approval of all of these Advices effective October 1
2002. Does the Commission agree?
