Verizon Northwest, Inc. filed this tariff advice to add clarifying language to the
description of Call Forwarding - Variable. The language clarifies that Call Forwarding
Variable may be provided to a group of individual lines arranged for rotary hunting where
network switching facilities permit.
This revision does not change rates, terms or conditions of the service and has no revenue
impact.
