02-04P to revise the ITSAP surcharge to $0., effective July 1, 2002
The above listed companies or their representatives filed tariff advices to comply with the
Commission s Order No. 29056. This order required companies to increase the surcharge
assessed for the Idaho Telephone Service Assistance Program (ITSAP) from $0.08 to $0.10 per
line, effective July 1 2002.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends Commission approval of all of these Advices, with a retroactive
effective date of July 1 , 2002. Does the Commission agree?
