In attendance was Commissioner Eric Anderson, Commissioner John Chatburn and Commissioner John R. Hammond, Jr. Commissioner Anderson called the meeting to order. The first order of business was APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM THE PREVIOUS MEETING on July 5, 2022. The Commission voted unanimously to approve the minutes as written. The next order of business was CONSENT AGENDA: 2. Action Item: Riley Newton’s July 12, 2022, Decision Memorandum re: In the Matter of Airvoice Wireless, LLC’s (d/b/a Airtalk) Application for Limited Designation as an Eligible Telecommunications Carrier in the State of Idaho; Case No. AVW-T-22-01. 3. Action Item: Riley Newton’s July 12, 2022, Decision Memorandum re: In the Matter of Idaho Power Company’s Application to Complete the Study Review Phase of the Comprehensive Study of Costs and Benefits of On-Site Customer Generation & for Authority to Implement Changes to Schedules 6, 8, and 84; Case No. IPC-E-22-22. Commissioner Anderson made a motion to approve Staff’s recommendation for Item 2 under the Consent Agenda. A vote was taken on the motion and it carried unanimously. Commissioner Anderson made a motion to approve Staff’s recommendation for Item 3 under the Consent Agenda with the abstention of Commissioner John R. Hammond, Jr. A vote was taken on the motion and it carried unanimously. The next order of business was MATTERS IN PROGRESS: 4. Action Item: Dayn Hardie’s and Claire Sharp’s July 12, 2022, Decision Memorandum re: In the Matter of Rocky Mountain Power’s Compliance Filing in Case No. PAC-E-20-18; In the Matter of Rocky Mountain Power’s Application for Approval or Rejection of the Power Purchase Agreement with Amy Family Holdings, LLC; Case No. PAC-E-22-08. Mr. Hardie presented the Decision Memorandum and asked if the Commission wished to approve the Amendment filed by the Company on June 14, 2022, in Case No. PAC-E-20-18, revoking the existing July 15, 2022, comment deadline and the July 22, 2022, reply comment deadline established in Order No. 35433, and establish a new 14-day comment deadline and a 7-day reply comment deadline for Case No. PAC-E-22-08. Commissioner Anderson made a motion to approve the Amendment filed by the Company on June 14, 2022, in Case No. PAC-E-20-08, revoking the existing July 15, 2022, comment deadline and the July 22, 2022, reply comment deadline established in Order No. 35433, and establish a new 14-day comment deadline and a 7-day reply comment deadline for Case No. PAC-E-22-08. A vote was taken on the motion and it carried unanimously.
