IDAHO PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION

MINUTES OF DECISION MEETING

January 4, 2022 – 1:30 P.M.

In attendance was Commissioner Eric Anderson and Commissioner Kristine Raper. Commissioner
Anderson called the meeting to order.

The first order of business was APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM THE PREVIOUS MEETING on
December 28, 2021. The Commission voted unanimously to approve the minutes as written.

The next order of business was CONSENT AGENDA:

2. Action Item: Joseph Terry’s December 29, 2021, Decision Memorandum re: Avista
Corporation’s Application to Issue up to $400,000,000; Case No. AVU-E-21-03.
3. Action Item: Joshua Haver’s December 29, 2021, Decision Memorandum re: Idaho Power
Company’s Tariff Compliance Filing – Electric Service Rule J; Case No. IPC-E-21-13.
4. Action Item: Riley Newton’s January 4, 2022, Decision Memorandum re: In the Matter of
Intermountain Gas Company’s 2021 Integrated Resource Plan; Case No. INT-G-21-06.
5. Action Item: Kathy Stockton’s December 30, 2021, Decision Memorandum re: Idaho Power
Company’s Application to Implement the Residential and Small Farm Credit; Case No. IPC-E-21-
36.
6. Action Item: Kathy Stockton’s December 30, 2021, Decision Memorandum re: Idaho Power
Company’s Application for Modification of the Fixed Cost Adjustment Mechanism; Case No. IPC-
E-21-39.
Commissioner Anderson made a motion to approve Staff’s recommendation for Items 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 under
the Consent Agenda. A vote was taken on the motion and it carried unanimously.

The next order of business was FULLY SUBMITTED MATTERS:

7. Deliberation Memorandum re: In the Matter of Idaho Power Company’s Application for
Modification of the Power Cost Adjustment Mechanism; Case No. IPC-E-21-38 [Taylor Brooks,
Attorney].

8. Deliberation Memorandum re: In the Matter of Intermountain Gas Company’s Application for
Determination of 2020 Energy Efficiency Expenses as Prudently Incurred; Case No. INT-G-21-03
[Dayn Hardie, Attorney].

Commissioner Anderson stated that Items 7 and 8 under Fully Submitted Matters would be deliberated
privately.

Commissioner Anderson stated there was no further business before the Commission and the meeting was
adjourned.
