HomeMy WebLinkAbout20210126MIN.pdf IDAHO PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION MINUTES OF DECISION MEETING January 26, 2021 – 1:30 P.M. In attendance was Commissioner Paul Kjellander, Commissioner Kristine Raper, and Commissioner Eric Anderson. Commissioner Kjellander called the meeting to order. The first order of business was APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM THE PREVIOUS MEETING on January 19, 2021. The Commission voted unanimously to approve the minutes as written. The next order of business was CONSENT AGENDA: 2. Action Item: Matt Hunter’s January 21, 2021, Decision Memorandum re: In the Matter of Intermountain Gas Company’s Application for Determination of 2019 Energy Efficiency Expenses as Prudently Incurred; Case No. INT-G-20-06. 3. Action Item: Edward Jewell’s January 22, 2021, Decision Memorandum re: In the Matter of Teton Water and Sewer Company’s Application for Reverse Fund Distribution; Case No. TTS-W- 20-02. 4. Action Item: Dayn Hardie’s January 22, 2021, Decision Memorandum re: In the Matter of Avista Corporation’s Filing Proposing Modifications to Tariff Schedule No. 95; Case No. AVU-E-20-14. Commissioner Kjellander made a motion to approve Staff’s recommendation for Items 2, 3 and 4 under the Consent Agenda. A vote was taken on the motion and it carried unanimously. The next order of business was FULLY SUBMITTED MATTERS: 5. Deliberation re: In the Matter of Rocky Mountain Power’s Application for Approval of a Capacity Deficiency Period to be Used for Avoided Cost Calculations; Case No. PAC-E-20-13 [Matt Hunter, Attorney]. 6. Deliberation re: In the Matter of the Formal Complaint of Black Mesa Energy, LLC to Establish a Legally Enforceable Obligation; Case No. IPC-E-20-17 [Edward Jewell, Attorney]. 7. Deliberation re: In the Matter of the Application of LXI-CLEC, LLC and Fatbeam, LLC for Approval to Assign the Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity Held by LXI-CLEC, LLC to Fatbeam, LLC; Case Nos. LXI-T-20-05 and FZ4-T-20-02 [Dayn Hardie, Attorney]. Commissioner Kjellander stated that Items 5, 6 and 7 under Fully Submitted Matters would be deliberated privately.
