DECISION MEETING to be held on Tuesday, June 23, 2020, at 1:30 p.m. The agenda is published forty-
eight (48) hours in advance of each meeting. Because of concerns regarding COVID-19, the commission
has canceled in-person attendance at meetings. The meeting will be held telephonically. Those
interested in listening to the proceedings can call 1-800-920-7487 at the designated time and enter
passcode 6674832#. The time and the agenda are subject to change. “Fully Submitted Matters” are listed
on the Agenda as a courtesy to the parties and the public and may be privately deliberated by the
