DECISION MEETING to be held on Tuesday, May 19, 2020, at 1:30 p.m. The agenda is published forty-
eight (48) hours in advance of each meeting. Because of concerns regarding COVID-19, the commission
has canceled in-person attendance at meetings. The meeting will be held telephonically. Those
