MEETING to be held on Tuesday, March 31, 2020, at 1:30 p.m. The agenda is published forty-eight (48)
hours in advance of each meeting. Because of concerns regarding COVID-19, the commission has canceled
in-person attendance at meetings. The meeting will be held telephonically. Those interested in listening to

and the agenda are subject to change. “Fully Submitted Matters” are listed on the Agenda as a courtesy to the
