MINUTES OF A SPECIAL DECISION MEETING March 6, 2020 – 1:30 P.M.

In attendance was Commissioner Paul Kjellander, Commissioner Kristine Raper, and Commissioner Eric Anderson. Commissioner Kjellander called the meeting to order.
The first order of business was MATTERS IN PROGRESS: 1. Action Item: Matt Hunter’s March 5, 2020, Decision Memorandum re: In the Matter of Gem
State Water Company, LLC’s Application for Approval of Acquisition of the Assets of the Water
Business of Happy Valley Water System Inc. and Betterroot Water Co., Inc.; Case No. GSW-W-19-
01.
Mr. Hunter reviewed his Decision Memo and stated, Staff is recommending a Notice of Comment Deadlines, setting a March 23, 2020 comment deadline and a March 27, 2020 Reply Comment deadline. Commissioner Raper moved that the Commission issue a Notice of Comment deadline of March 23, 2020 and a Reply Comment deadline of March 27, 2020. A vote was taken on the motion and it carried
unanimously. Commissioner Kjellander stated there was no further business before the Commission and the meeting
was adjourned.
