MINUTES OF DECISION MEETING
January 14, 2020 – 1:30 P.M. In attendance was Commissioner Paul Kjellander, Commissioner Kristine Raper, and Commissioner Eric
Anderson. Commissioner Kjellander called the meeting to order. The first order of business was APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM THE PREVIOUS MEETING on
Tuesday January 7, 2020. The Commission voted unanimously to approve the minutes as written. The second order of business was MATTERS IN PROGRESS: 2. Action Item: Edward Jewell’s January 10, 2020, Decision Memorandum re: In the Matter of Idaho Power’s Application to Evaluate Schedule 84 – Net Metering; Case No. IPC-E-19-15. Mr. Jewell reviewed his Decision Memo and stated that Staff recommends the Commission suspend the effective date in this case for an additional sixty days, until March 16, 2020. Commissioner Raper made a motion to suspend the effective date in this case for an additional sixty days, until March 16, 2020. A vote was taken on the motion and it carried unanimously.
Commissioner Kjellander stated, there was no further business before the Commission, and he adjourned the meeting.
