IDAHO PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION
MINUTES OF DECISION MEETING
June 19, 2017 – 1:30 P.M.
In attendance were Commissioners Paul Kjellander, Kristine Raper and Eric Anderson.
Commissioner Kjellander called the meeting to order.
The first order of business was APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETING
on Monday, June 12, 2017. The Commission voted unanimously to approve the minutes as
written.
The second order of business was approval of the CONSENT AGENDA:
2. Brandon Karpen's June 08, 2017 Decision Memorandum re: In the Matter of the
Application of Falls Water Company, Inc. for Authorization to Build a New Water Source,
and Access to the Special Plant Reserve Account, Case No. FLS-W-17-01.
3. Daphne Huang's June 08, 2017 Decision Memorandum re: Idaho Power's Application to
Approve Amendments to Its Energy Sales Agreement for the Mt. Home Solar 1, LLC
Project, Case No. IPC-E-17-09.
4. Grace Seaman's June 06, 2017 Decision Memorandum re: Custer Telephone Broadband
Services LLC's 2016 Broadband Equipment Tax Credit Application; Case No. CTB-T-17-
01.
5. Grace Seaman's June 06, 2017 Decision Memorandum re: Custer Telephone

6. Grace Seaman's June 08, 2017 Decision Memorandum re: Potlatch Telephone Company

There were no questions and Commissioner Kjellander made a motion to approve Staff’s
recommendations for items 2 through 8 on the Consent Agenda. A vote was taken on the motion
and it carried unanimously.
The next order of business was FULLY SUBMITTED MATTERS:
9. Deliberation re: Intermountain Gas Company's Petition for Reconsideration, Case No.
INT-G-16-02. [Attorneys, Karl Klein/Sean Costello]
Commissioner Kjellander announced that item 9 would be deliberated privately.
There was no further business before the Commission and Commissioner Kjellander adjourned
the meeting.
