IDAHO PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION

MINUTES OF DECISION MEETING

September 14, 2015 – 1:30 P.M.

In attendance were Commissioners Paul Kjellander, Marsha Smith and Kristine Raper.
Commissioner Kjellander called the meeting to order.

The first order of business was APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETING
on Tuesday, September 8, 2015. The Commission voted unanimously to approve the minutes as
written.

The final order of business was FULLY SUBMITTED MATTERS:

2. Deliberation re: Idaho Power's Motion to Dismiss its Kootenai Electric Petition Without
Prejudice, Case No. IPC-E-11-23. [Brandon Karpen, Attorney.]

3. Deliberation re: Idaho Power's Application to Approve Capacity Deficiency for Avoided
Cost Calculations, Case No. IPC-E-15-20. [Daphne Huang, Attorney]
Commissioner Kjellander stated that items 2 and 3 would be deliberated privately.

There was no further business before the Commission and Commissioner Kjellander adjourned
the meeting.
