Apply by contacting your telephone provider. **TEFAP – The Emergency Food Assistance Program Eligible activities include distribution of US Department of Agriculture food commodities. ***CSBG – Community Services Block Grant Eligible activities include employment training, job readiness education, education assistance, emergency services including food, medical, clothing and shelter assistance, family development information, health assistance, youth programs and referral to other service organizations ****LIHEAP & LIHWAP - Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program & Low Income Home Water Assistance Program Eligible activities include cash assistance with home heating costs, emergency assistance to participants who may be threatened due to lack of heat in their home. Households that receive food stamps may have their application taken over the telephone. The program is currently available November 1. *****WX– Weatherization Assistance Program Income Limits Effective April 1, 2022 - March 31, 2023 The installed measures may include insulation of walls, ceilings and floors; infiltration materials; repair or replacement of heating systems, hot water units, windows and doors and measures addressing the participant's health and safety. Measures may vary by county. Documentation needed at time of Energy Assistance and/or Water Assistance appointment l Names/birthdates for all household members l Citizenship Alien verification.
