RESPONSE NO. 1:
Please see the attached folder “Micron Response to Veolia First Production Request” for
Micron’s exhibits and workpapers in native format and documents relied on in Micron’s witness’s
testimony. Please note that some of Michael Gorman’s workpapers and attachments include
materials that are copyrighted. Mr. Gorman is relying on the “fair use” exemption of federal
copyright law to provide the copyrighted documents. These copyright protected documents are
being provided for the purposes of this docket only. No copies, paper or electronic, should be
made, nor should the parties receiving the information use the copyrighted material for any purpose
other than for this docket.
