To reinstate service, the past due bill will need to be paid or suitable payment arrangements made. Fee-free payment options include: • mywater.veolia.us • Direct debit through e-pay • Go to any Western Union location or call 1-888-608-6690 If you pay online or with Western Union, please call our office with your payment confirmation number. Failure to call will delay restoration of your water service. If you need to make a payment arrangement, please call Veolia Customer Service, 208-362-7304. If you are a new occupant and have not contacted our office to take responsibility for the water service, please call our office at 208-362-7304. In accordance with IPUC rules, if a member of your household is seriously ill or there is a medical emergency, Veolia will postpone termination of service for thirty (30) days. A written certification is required from a licensed physician or public health official. If after contacting the company you remain unsatisfied, you may file a complaint with the IPUC at 208-334-0369. If service is shut off, a $20 reconnect fee will be added to the unpaid balance if service is restored during regular business hours. (For afterhours, weekends or holidays, a $30 reconnect fee will be assessed.)
