4 COMMISSIONER NELSON: If we could take up
5 again Idaho Public Utilities Commission Case UWI-W-97-6.
6 This is the time that we had set aside for a public
7 hearing. During this time, why, we, I can't say we put
8 notices in the paper, but we issued a couple of press
9 releases and notices were in the paper saying that we
10 would be holding a public hearing at this time and we
11 don't appear to have any members of the public who have
12 availed themselves of the opportunity to tell us what
13 they think tonight, so I guess there's not a lot of
14 business to be done.
15 Mr. Miller.
16 MR. MILLER: Thank you, Mr. Chairman. The
17 only thing I would just like to note for the record is
18 that in addition to Mr. Linam, Mr. Ben Hepler who is
19 charge in operations for the Company and Ms. Patty Foss
20 who is in charge of customer service and customer
21 relations for the Company have both attended tonight in
22 the event they were needed, but, as you note, apparently
23 not.
24 COMMISSIONER NELSON: I guess just for the
25 record we should also note that Mr. Fothergill is here

2 Attorney General, along with Judy Stokes and George Fink
3 from the Commission Staff who are here to answer
4 questions; however, since nobody from the public has
5 appeared, why, we will recess until 9:30 tomorrow
6 morning.
