The Staff of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission by and through its attorney of record, Scott Woodbury, Deputy Attorney General, requests United Water Idaho Inc. (UWI) provide the following documents and information, pursuant to Commission Rule of Procedure 225, IDAPA 31.01.01.225, on or before AUGUST 23, 1996.
This production request is to be considered as continuing, and United Water Idaho Inc. is requested to provide by way of supplementary responses, additional documents that you or any person acting on your behalf may later obtain that will augment the documents produced.
Please provide answers to each question; supporting work papers that provide detail or are the source of information used in calculations; the name and telephone number of the person preparing the documents; and the name, location and telephone number of the record holder.
REQUEST NO. 2: Booked Work Order Nos. 95032.01, 93013.01 and 94027.01 are for the purchase of water rights. Please describe the nature and purpose for each of these rights.
REQUEST NO. 3: Please describe the purpose of the investment shown in booked Work Order Nos. 95015.01, 95015.02, 95015.03 and 95101. Please provide all booked contributions in aid of construction associated with these work orders.
REQUEST NO. 4: Please provide actual annual revenues derived from facilities associated with booked Work Order Nos. 95601.01, 95601.02, 95601.03, 95601.04, 95601.05, 95650.01, 95650.02, 95650.03, 95650.04, 95650.05 and 95650.06. Please include a description of each project and booked contributions in aid of construction associated with each work order.
REQUEST NO. 5: For each of the following work orders, please describe the purpose of the expenditure, the revenue generated from customers as a result of the projects and any contributions in aid of construction received.

REQUEST NO. 6: Please describe the purpose of the investment shown in booked Work Order Nos. 94262.01, 94262.02, 94262.03, 94262.04,94275.01 and 94275.02. Please provide all booked contributions in aid of construction associated with these work orders.
REQUEST NO. 7: Cooperative Agreement No. DWR-CON00258 requires that UWI contribute $201,000 in cash to the Idaho Department of Water Resources for the Treasure Valley Hydrologic Modeling Study. With respect to the $100,000 already contributed, are there any requirements attached to the contribution which guarantee that the money is used for the benefit of UWI customers by studying that portion of the aquifer used by UWI for supply? Given the language in the cooperative agreement, does UWI plan to contribute another $101,000 to IDWR? If so, when?
